Gunpla Pre-orders and New Releases for October-November 2017

Let me tell you about the most surprising Gunpla 101 event that happened to me in October: I found out that my email account hasn’t been forwarding since April! Anyone who wrote to hi@gunpla101.com since then was not hearing from me—and I wasn’t seeing their messages! It took two days to respond to over 100 of your emails, so sorry about that!

While sifting through those lost emails I found a lot of beautiful submissions. I found out that Gunpla 101 supporter Manpig started his own figure blog (if you’ve started one, let me know so I can link yours, too)! I heard about #Gundamber, a month-long building challenge.

New Releases for October 2017

HGBF Reversible Gundam (pictured at top)

Based off the Reborns Gundam from Gundam 00, this Gundam Build Fighters Battlogue kit has a transformation gimmick its predecessor never imagined: the terrifying “Tank Mode.”

Designed for the GM/GM kits inspired by Gundam Build Fighters GM’s Counterattack, these add-on weapons will fit in the hand of any HGBF kit.

HG Gundam Local Type: North American Front (pictured above)

This black-and-orange kit is a variant unit from Gundam: The Origin that you’ve only seen if you are reading the (Japanese-language only) manga in Gundam Ace. As a North American fan, it’s awesome to see we have our very own Gundam type with a great color scheme!
